My name is chef Davide Fecarotta, and my cuisine is a homage to Sicily, a land rich in traditions and flavours that I love to reinterpret with a contemporary twist.

Whether as a private chef or in the role of an event caterer, my goal is to create unforgettable dining experiences, one where every bite becomes a journey across my land, a meeting between past and future, tradition and creativity.

I enjoy working as both a private chef and a certified Food and Beverage Manager. This allows me to offer exclusive culinary experiences at home and customised consultancy for restaurants at the same time. I work hand in hand with restaurateurs to help them define their goals, build on their strengths and optimise their resources, ultimately guiding them towards success.
