Cooking show at the Cous Cous Fest

Several names took the stage at the Cous Cous Fest 2024 in San Vito Lo Capo and, among them, was Davide Fecarotta.

During the fifth day of the event, the chef and his kitchen partner Andrea Lo Cicero, performed a cooking show that amazed all who attended.

Although cous cous was the star of the dish, the chef chose to indulge and present it differently, embracing his land in a new way. Thus was born the dish Non è Cassata: cous cous with squid ink and citrus with Sicilian candied fruit.
